Transformed how Vercel develops managers and onboards talent at scale. Coached managers on expectation-setting and feedback ownership, cutting early-tenure variability and raising manager preparedness 12%. Built onboarding infrastructure across company-wide, GTM, and engineering tracks that accelerated time-to-productivity for 425+ hires — managers reported saving ~1 hour per new hire in onboarding prep. Drove 90%+ adoption of manager frameworks through cross-functional influence with PBPs, Ops, and business leaders. Partnered with senior engineering leaders on team offsites using Tuckman’s model, establishing norming behaviors that directly improved team execution. Eliminated quality risk for new Customer Operations hires by designing an onboarding system that set clear expectations and built practical skill before anyone handled live work. Aligned a scaling team around shared priorities and decision-making by redesigning QA and training workflows — reducing duplicated effort as headcount grew. Introduced the 5D program design framework, giving the organization a consistent, repeatable structure for every new learning initiative.

Stood up Leanplum’s first LMS (Docebo), replacing scattered tribal knowledge with trackable, structured training for customers, partners, and revenue teams. Built CSM onboarding that reduced reactive skill gaps — reps arrived confident instead of catching up.
